What to expect

1. Once payment is processed, we’ll contact you via email to guide you through the onboarding process;
2. We’ll provide you with a secure way to share:
   • (i) admin login to your WordPress dashboard;
   • (ii) login to your hosting provider;
   • (iii) login to your domain registrar;
   • (iv) SFTP/FTP credential and/or any other credentials we need to know.
3. After logins are confirmed, our team of experts will analyse the site, set up our worker, back up the site, scan for vulnerabilities, perform plugins audit, harden security and perform some other cleanups and optimisations as per the Professional Plan's scope;
4. Once setup is complete, we’ll send over the detailed report of what has been done and invite you to our project workspace;
5. On weekly basis, we'll send over the report of your site's status and what has been done during the week along with any recommendations.
6. If you're on Enterprise Plan, a dedicated project manager will be assigned to you and a monthly catch-up meeting will be scheduled to discuss on how to improve your website and ensure you are always ahead of your competitors;
