What to expect
- Once payment is confirmed, we’ll contact you via email to guide you through the onboarding process;
- Should you have any issues or changes needed, just submit a ticket or email to support[at]allwpcare.com (we’ll create a ticket on your behalf);
- Once the ticket is received, we’ll provide you with a secure way to share:
- (i) admin login to your WordPress dashboard;
- (ii) login to your hosting provider;
- (iii) SFTP/FTP credential if any.
- We review and come back with estimate and questions if any;
- You approve the estimate;
- We back up your site, proceed with the changes and reply to the ticket once done.
Terms of use
- Our standard support hours can be purchased at USD 180/hour, in 5-hour blocks;
- Can be used for any WordPress development and technical services;
- Billed in 1-minute increments;
- We will provide estimates for approval first before proceeding with any billable work;
- We will also count time for reviewing and estimating the ticket (worry not! Usually just between 5 to 15 minutes);
- Support hours expire one year after purchase date
